Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- The return request is made after 3 days
- The product was purchased on clearance or final sale
2️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video proof
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
3️⃣ Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Online payment orders → Refund to original payment method (if possible)
