✔ The saree must be in original condition
✔ Original packaging and tags must be intact
✔ Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • The return request is made after 3 days
  • The product was purchased on clearance or final sale

2️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


3️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

💳 Refund Method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refund via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) or bank transfer
  • Online payment orders → Refund to original payment method (if possible)

Refund processing time:
⏳ 5–10 working days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Product defects
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
